Some Advice On Pearl Necklances, Ladies?

I’m interested in buying a pearl necklace for Valentine’s day but am not sure what chain length and diameter are considered “standard”.
I’ve already decided I want some pink saltwater pearls but if any of you ladies out there could give me some tips on the pearl diameter and chain length I’d be very grateful

The most common length of a pearl strand is 17-18 inches. This is called the ‘princess length’.
The most common size of pearl in akoya and freshwater is between 7 and 8 mm.
If the recipient is petite you may also consider a slightly shorter strand. A 16-inch strand will sit right above the collar bone and is well-suited for daily wear.

Pink saltwater pearls sound lovely. Since they are a gift that she will have forever, your best bet is to get pearls that are all the same diameter. Get pearls around 7mm or slightly larger.
As for length, it depends on what you’re willing to spend and what kind of look you’d like. 16 inches will fall around her collar bone and 17 inches will hang just below the collar bone, on an average woman.
I hope this helps!
I dunno anything about chain length or whatever but a short one would be cute..like a little bigger than a choker.. :/ sorry
sry I’ve never known bout that stuff………..
get one thats graduated”that means that the pearls get biggest in the front” and anything will look pretty if its made like that
